How to use Extension Straps on Pilates Cadillac

Extensions straps are fantastic for adding additional length to springs to make exercises more accessible for a range of clients to help aid alignment. The dog-clips at each end allow you to easily add or remove from the springs, add handles or loop them. Can be used with the Align-Pilates Half Cadillac, Full Cadillac, Wall Unit, or Spring Walls.
