Disinfecting & adjusting Pilates reformer springs in COVID

It’s important to disinfect your springs on your reformer the right way! Dave from Align-Pilates talks about how cleaning your springs with soap and water could lead to corrosion due to the over wetting of the steel. As an alternative, we recommend using an anti-viral wipe or a disinfectant such as NatraSan and simply wipe down with a paper towel.
