This block has a large, flat surface so it is ideal to use as a sitting block to help with alignment and posture during either reformer Pilates or matwork. Alongside being ideal for Pilates, they can be used for yoga, fusion-style classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 1” x 6” x 9” (small) or 3” x 6” x 9” (medium).
