This 3″ x 6″ x 9″ medium Pilates block, also known as a foam cushion, is a perfect addition to any fully equipped Pilates studio or gym. As this block offers 3″, 6″ or 9″ it can be used for numerous exercises and provide many different levels of depth to adjust the level of difficulty of exercises for all clients. Ideal for aiding correct alignment and posture during either reformer Pilates or matwork. Alongside being ideal for Pilates, they can be used for yoga, fusion-style classes, as well as rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or athletic conditioning. This block is made from a combination of EVA & TPE foam, which provides a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block. Also available in 1” x 6” x 9” (small) or 2” x 10” x 13” (large).
